Delhi Court to hear Moin Qureshi's bail plea
A Delhi Court will on Saturday hear bail plea of meat exporter Moin Qureshi.
The Delhi High Court earlier on September 13 stayed hearing the bail application of Qureshi.
The court said that it cannot hear a case which is also listed for hearing in a separate court.
The high court will hear the matter next on October 9.
Qureshi had challenged his arrest describing it as illegal.
Qureshi, was arrested on August 25, under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), after he was not cooperating in the probe.
