All five accused in the 2010 abduction and gang-rape of a 30-year-old call centre executive in Dhaula Kuan, have been pronounced guilty by a session court in New Delhi.
The Saket district court will hand out the punishment for the accused on October 17.
"All the accused in the case have been convicted, the quantum of punishment will be pronounced on October 17," said lawyer Abdul Salam.
The victim, who hailed from the North-East, was abducted and raped on November 24, 2010. Shamshad alias Khutkan, Usman alias Kale, Shahid alias Chhota Billi, Iqbal alias Bada Billi and Kamruddin are the accused.
