Final words from MH370 cockpit were 'Good night, Malaysian three seven zero'

Officials in Malaysia have admitted getting the last words from missing MH370's cockpit wrong.

The last words from the cockpit of the plane before it disappeared from civilian radar were actually 'Good night, Malaysian three seven zero'.

Malaysian authorities have earlier claimed that the last words were 'all right, good night,' which were wrong.

According to news.com.au, the sign off is much more formal than the words that were originally reported.

The final words were said as the plane left Malaysian airspace and was about to enter that of Vietnam at 1.19am on March 8, the report added.
