Gaddam Dharmendra appointed Indian High Commissioner to Zambia

Gaddam Dharmendra, currently Consul General of India Hong Kong, has been appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Zambia.

The 1990-batch IFS officer is expected to take up his assignment shortly.
