Gwyneth Paltrow has unveiled a January detox menu.

The 41-year-old American actress has prepared a detox menu with nutritionist Dr. Alejandro Junger to help people shed weight after the festive period, Contactmusic reported.

The Oscar winning star collaborated with her team and the nutritionist to produce a super-healthy detox menu which is available on her healthy eating website.
