Gwyneth Paltrow 'trying to be healthy and embrace age'

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has reportedly admitted that getting older doesn't worry her.

The 40-year old wife of Coldplay front man Chris Martin spoke for all women in their 40s and said that "we're trying to be healthy and to embrace our age", the Daily Express reported.

Paltrow, added that she doesn't plan on shunning her sexy side in future.
