Halle Berry signs up for Spielberg's new telly series ' Extant'

Halle Berry has signed up for her first ever TV appearance on the upcoming series, 'Extant', produced by Steven Spielberg.

The 66-year-old director said that they are incredibly honoured that the 'Monster's Ball' star chose to star in 'Extant' to expand her illustrious career, the Daily Star reported.

Berry will be playing the role of an astronaut who experiences difficulty in re-connecting with her husband and son, after coming back from a year-long solo space mission.
