The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Tuesday said that all efforts are being made to find the Indian national in Herat city of Afghanistan.
"There has been action at various levels. Our consul general is in constant touch with the local authorities. The External Affairs Minister is herself monitoring the situation and giving direction wherever required," said MEA spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin.
He also said the authorities are focused in finding the abducted Indian national, and India is working very closely with their Afghani counterparts.
