Jonathan Rhys Meyers apologises on Instagram for 'little blip' incident

Jonathan Rhys Meyer has apologised to his fiancee on Instagram for a little "blip" he had, promising that he was recovering.

The 37-year-old 'The Tudors' star wrote that it was only a "minor relapse" and he hopes that it doesn't change his image in people's eyes, TMZ.com reported.

Meyer was spotted in a messy appearance as he was coming back from a friend's house, clutching a vodka bottle.

The actor assures that it was "just a blip in my recovery" and he was fine and living a healthy life otherwise.
