Lady Gaga dresses as 'geisha girl' in London

Lady Gaga was spotted leaving her London hotel dressed as a geisha girl.

The 27-year-old singer was dressed in a cream, silver and green kimono-style dress which was adorned with an unusual red pattern and featured cut-out sleeves, white tights and matching block sandals, the Daily Express reported.

The 'Poker Face' singer had tied up her hair into a neat bob and also carried a giant seashell shaped umbrella.
