Michael Jackson's Estate has requested choreographer Wade Robson's abuse allegation against the late singer to be dismissed.
Robson, who testified to defend the 'Thriller' singer when he was accused of molestation in 2005, has alleged in a creditor's claim he was abused by the late singer for a seven-year period from the age of seven, Contactmusic reported.
However, the Estate has asked a Los Angeles judge to reject his allegations because he waited too long to file.
According to the Estate's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, in order to pursue a claim, Robson should have filed his case within 60 days of learning the Estate was in probate court in 2009.
