Nathan Fillion to make appearance in Marvel's 'Guardians of the Galaxy'

'Castle' star Nathan Fillion will be making an appearance in Marvel's upcoming film 'Guardians of the Galaxy'.

The 43-year-old actor was earlier rumoured to have a more significant role in the film as Nova, but his part in the film has been confirmed to be limited to a cameo, the Hollywood Reporter reported.

Director James Gunn, with whom Fillion had previously worked with in 'Slither' (2006) and 'Super' (2010), took to Twitter to reveal the news, writing that the role is extremely brief, and the actor would be doing him a favor with the "fun cameo".
