Noted Odia litterateur Chandrasekhar Rath passes away

Eminent Odia author and poet Chandrasekhar Rath passed away at the age of 89, on Friday.

Suffering from prolonged illness, Rath had been undergoing treatment at a private hospital here.

He was nominated for a Padma Shri this year for his contribution in Odia literature.
