OnePlus launches app for launch event on Android

OnePlus has introduced a launch event app for the official launch of OnePlus 2, where people can sign up for an invite for the event.

According to in.techradar.com, the OnePlus 2 launch app for Android gives the users a VR stream of the media event right on their smartphone, and the users do not have to use Google Cardboard to watch it.

Currently, the information suggests the OnePlus 2 will sport a Snapdragon 810 processor, a USB Type-C connector and a fingerprint reader.

In addition to this, the OnePlus 2 invite page too has now gone live, however, there was only an option to reserve a spot in the invitation to get an invitation list.

 

OnePlus says that the customers could get an invite from friends who have purchased a OnePlus 2 already or by participating in their contests and promotions.
