Police use batons, water cannons against BPED protestors

BPED (Bachelors of Physical education) holders on Tuesday were thrashed and beaten during their protest in front of Vidhan Sabha here.

Police used batons and water cannons against the protestors who were demanding permanent jobs and more recruitment.

According to reports, thousands of people were there in front of the Assembly. After the lathicharge, a vehicle was set on fire by the protestors.
