President to deliver 20th Justice Sunanda Bhandare memorial lecture

President Pranab Mukherjee will deliver the 20th Justice Sunanda Bhandare Memorial Lecture on November 12 at the Vigyan Bhavan here.

President Mukherjee will be speaking on the topic 'Women as Agents of Change'.

Chief Justice of India H.L. Dattu will be the chief guest for the function, which will be presided over by Chief Justice of Delhi High Court G. Rohini.
