Sarah Jessica Parker may star in HBO's new comedy series 'Divorce'

Sarah Jessica Parker is anticipated to join HBO's new comedy series, dubbed as Divorce, it has been reported.

The project, which is awaiting a formal pilot green light, has been being written by British writer-actress Sharon Horgan and it tells the story of a very long divorce, Deadline.com reported.

This would be the first major TV acting commitment since 'Sex and the City' for Parker.
