SC stays issuance of notice to Justice Radhakrishnan

The Supreme Court on Monday stayed issuance of notice by the Madras High Court to retired apex court judge Justice K.S. Radhakrishnan and further proceedings in the case.

Justice (Retired) Radhakrishnan had received an award of PETA, to which one Chakrapani had approached the Madras bench of the High Court.

The Madurai bench of the High Court had issued the notice to the retired judge.

Justice Radhakrishnan had knocked the doors of the apex court for staying of the proceedings in the case.
