Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM & Co.) acted as legal counsel to Lendingkart Technologies Private Limited, a fintech in the working capital space, as it raised nearly Rs. 70 Crore in its largely internal investment round from Sistema Asia Fund and its existing investors Bertelsmann Netherlands, Mayfield India II, Saama Capital, India Quotient and Darrin Capital Management.
The SAM & Co. team was involved in due diligence, drafting, negotiating and finalising the transaction documents.

The transaction closed on August 11, 2017.
