Tracy Morgan has slammed Walmart for blaming him for the truck accident, which left the 45-year-old comedian injured and a fellow passenger dead.
The 'Cop Out' star, after hearing about Walmart's claim that some of the injuries sustained could have been prevented with seatbelts, said that he and his friends were "doing nothing wrong," People Magazine reported.
Morgan added that he was thankful for his fans' supports during this difficult time and he is fighting hard every day to get back.
Morgan filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court in New Jersey against the retail giant in July claiming that Walmart had its driver working under "unreasonable" conditions that led to driver fatigue, which caused the collision.
