Tulisa starts self-defense classes to cope with drug trial

Tulisa has reportedly started taking self-defense classes to toughen herself before her trial for supplying Class A drugs begins.

Source revealed that the former N-Dubz star, who is learning T'ai Chi, is on a keep-fit frenzy and is worried about the imminent court case, the Daily Star reported.

Sources added that 25-year-old singer believes that exercise will help her stay calm.

Tulisa was allegedly filmed trying to fix an 820 pounds cocaine deal with an undercover journalist in a newspaper sting operation.
