Twitter working to fix bug dating tweets as one year old and log-in issues

Twitter has said that its engineers are working to fix the problems users are facing to sign into the social networking site and issues that are causing the tweets to be backdated by one year.

According to TechCrunch, Twitter confirmed fixing the issues on its status blog.

All Twitter apps for Android, Echofon, and Twitterific are also facing the problems. The log-in issue is occurring both on the online service as well as through its mobile site.

However, Twitter's iOS app and Tweetbot for iPad are still reportedly working properly.
