Valerie Trierweiler reportedly didn't go on a wrecking spree in the Palace after learning about her partner Francois Hollande's cheating reports.
Trierweiler was earlier alleged to have smashed, among other things, a Sevres vase dating back to the reign of Louis XVI, the Daily Express reported.
However, a spokesman for the Mobilier National has categorically denied the claims and Closer magazine has also suggested that the vase-smashing story was a fake one planted by her enemies.
