WB: Mild tremors felt in Jalpaiguri, no casualty reported

A minor earthquake of 3.8-magnitude on the Richter scale hit West Bengal's Jalpaiguri on Saturday night.

The slight earthquake was measured at 3.8 by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) at a depth of about 21 kilometres at 21:45 p.m.

No loss to life and property has been reported as of now.
