Purchases 49% stake held by PSA India

ABG Infralogistics announced that the Company has purchased the 49% shareholding held by PSA India in ABG Kolkata Container Terminal on 08 January 2015. Post share purchase, ABG Kolkata Container Terminal is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABG Infralogistics.
