ABG Shipyard appoints company secretary

With effect from 06 July 2016

ABG Shipyard has appointed Ashish Pandey as a Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 06 July 2016. He will act as a compliance officer also. The said appointment will be placed before the ensuing Board Meeting as required under Section 179 read with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
