Accelya Solutions India update on holding company - Accelya Topco

Accelya Solutions India announced that the shareholders of its ultimate holding company - Accelya Topco including Warburg Pincus, have, on 15 November, 2019, entered into an agreement for the sale of the shares and ownership of Accelya Topco to Aurora UK Bidco, a private company established under the laws of Jersey, which is owned and controlled by Vista Equity Partners (Vista), a leading investment firm focused on enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses.
