Achal Investments announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 30 August 2014

Achal Investments announced that the Company Secretary of the Company, Laxmi Joshi has resigned from the post of Company Secretary w.e.f 30 August 2014, hence she is no Longer associated with the affairs of the Company w.e.f 30 August 2014. The Board in its meeting held on 30 August 2014 accepts her Resignation from the post of Company Secretary.
