Scheme becomes effective on receipts of all requisite approvals

Adani Power announced that it has received all the requisite approvals as required under the scheme of arrangement approved by the NCLT and the scheme of arrangement for the transfer of Mundra Power Generation Undertaking to the Transferee Company has been made effective.
