Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail allots 2.78 lakh equity shares

Under ESOS

Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail has allotted 2,78,220 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs10/- each (said shares). The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Consequent to the allotment, the- Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 7,73,65,68,240 (77,36,56,824 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each) to Rs 7,73,93,50,440 (77,39,35,044 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each).
