Under ESOS
Aditya Birla Nuvo announced that the Directors of the Company have approved allotment of 12,300 (Twelve Thousand and Three Hundred) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). The said 12,300 Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 130121585 to 130133885 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 130,13,38,850/- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty Crore Thirteen Lakh Thirty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty).
