Anka India to hold board meeting

Anka India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 November 2014, to issue and allot Equity Shares on preferential basis on terms and conditions as were approved by the shareholders of the Company through postal ballot, and to fix date, time and venue and approve notice for the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company.
