APL Apollo Tubes allots debentures to HDFC Asset Management Company

APL Apollo Tubes announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 September 2015 has allotted 750 (Seven Hundred and Fifty) rated, secured, redeemable, non-cumulative, taxable non-convertible debentures having face value of Rs. 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakhs) each at par on a private placement basis aggregating to Rs. 75,00,00,000 (Rupees Seventy Five Crores Only) to HDFC Asset Management Company.
