Outcome of board meeting of Harrisons Malayalam

Held on 28 September 2015

Harrisons Malayalam announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 September 2015, transacted the following:

1. The Board of Directors of the Company have accepted the resignation letter dated 25 September 2015 received form Sucharita Basu, Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.

2. The Board of Directors of the Company have decided to retain the Engineering business within the Company and that no action needs to be pursued for its transfer to the wholly owned subsidiary, HML Engineering Company.
