APL Apollo Tubes consolidated net profit declines 10.82% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 37.93% to Rs 1454.58 crore

Net profit of APL Apollo Tubes declined 10.82% to Rs 44.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 49.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 37.93% to Rs 1454.58 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1054.61 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 5.18% to Rs 159.99 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 152.11 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 35.51% to Rs 5156.13 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 3805.08 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
