Avanti Feeds fixes record date for stock split and bonus issue

Record date is 27 June 2018

Avanti Feeds has fixed 27 June 2018 as record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the members for:

1. Sub-Division of equity shares from face value of Rs. 2/- each to Re. 1/- each and

2. Issue of Bonus equity shares of Re. 1/- each in the ratio of 1:2, i.e. One (1) equity share of Re. 1/- each for every Two (2) equity shares of Re. 1/- each (i.e. after Sub-Division of shares).
