Avon Mercantile announces change in directorate

With effect from 13 August 2014

Avon Mercantile announced that Ramesh Chandra Agarwal and Satish Kumar Gupta have been appointed as Directors of the Company in the meeting of Board of Directors held on 13 August 2014.

Further, informed that the Company has received the resignation letter from Gopal Singh Negi, wherein he has requested to relieve him of the responsibilities of the Company from the close of business hours of 12 August 2014.

Further also informed that the Company has appointed Jagdutt Kumar Sharma as Manager and Joseph I. Ikarakuzhi as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 August 2014.
