Axis Bank allots 51,525 equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 51,525 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 09 January 2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 512,82,84,984 (256,41,42,492 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 512,83,88,034 (256,41,94,017 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
