Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 1,12,165 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 13 October 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 471,95,51,706 (235,97,75,853 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 471,97,76,036 (235,98,88,018 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
