Outcome of board meeting of Sah Petroleums

Sah Petroleums announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 September 2014, has approved following decisions:

- Thangapandian Srinivasalu, Director has been appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board and Company Meetings of the Company with immediate effect.

- Approved and appointed Jagdish Nagwekar, authorized official of the Company to lead Whistle blower policy, provisions and compliance with immediate effect.
