Bank of Maharashtra raises Rs 710 cr via Tier I bonds

Bank of Maharashtra has successfully raised Capital of Rs.710 crore through private placement of BASEL III Compliant Additional Tier I Bonds. The Bank received total bids of Rs.1088 crore, out of which Bank accepted bid of Rs.710 crore (full issue size) at coupon rate of 8.74%
