ABFRL update on proposed preferential issue of listed warrants
Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail (ABFRL) announced that Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has granted relaxation to the Company from applicability of Rule 19(2)(b) of the Securities Contracts
(Regulation) Rules, 1957 (SCRR) for its proposed preferential issue of listed warrants to Caladium Investment, a Foreign Portfolio Investor.
