With effect from 14 December 2016
BASF India announced that the parent company, BASF SE, Germany has completed the sale of global industrial coatings business to AkzoNobel. Consequently, the industrial coatings business of the Company would stand transferred to Akzo Noble India with effect from 14 December 2016. The Company has received an aggregate sum of Rs 11.17 crore from Akzo Noble India toward the consideration for the sale of the said business.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
