Batliboi appoints new compliance officer

W.e.f. 06 January 2014

Batliboi has announced that Gaurang Shah, chief corporate counsel & company secretary of the company has resigned with effect from 01 January 2014, therefore he ceases to be compliance officer with effect from 04 January 2014.

Sankari Muthuraj has been appointed as the compliance officer of the company with effect from 06 January 2014.
