Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances (BGMAL) has acquired the domestic Kitchen and domestic electrical appliances division from its Associate Company LLM Appliances. With this acquisition, BGMAL can now operate freely in the entire domestic Kitchen and domestic electrical appliances segment with the 'Butterfly' brand.
