Adhunik Metaliks announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 September 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following business;

- The Board accepted resignation of Dr. Ramgopal Agarwala from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 14 September 2016.
