Board of Alumeco India Extrusion appoints director

At meeting held on 15 May 2015

Alumeco India Extrusion announced that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2015 took note of the resolution passed by circulation on 13 May 2015 for appointment of Shruti Agarwal as an additional director with effect from 14 May 2015 and pursuant to the provisions of section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013, reconstituted / rechristened the Committees.
