Board of Apcotex Industries appoints director

At meeting held on 31 October 2014

Apcotex Industries announced that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 31 October 2014 have appointed Priyamvada Bhumkar as Additional Director of the Company (Independent Director subject to the approval at ensuing Annual General meeting) to hold the office of Director till the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, with immediate effect.
