Board of Artson Engineering appoints company secretary

At meeting held on 21 October 2015

Artson Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 October 2015 has appointed Rajshree Gaikwad, as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 21 October 2015.

Further, Rajeshree Gaikwad shall also be the Compliance officer of the Company.
