Board of Assam Petrochemicals decides to delist equity shares

Assam Petrochemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from all the stock exchanges in accordance with the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
